Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research (CATR) Annual Call for Proposals
The Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research is a collaborative group of Canadian turfgrass funding associations that have formed an alliance for the annual call for proposals of Canadian turfgrass research grants. The participating associations include:
Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation (CTRF)
Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA)
Alberta Turfgrass Research Foundation (ATRF)
Ontario Turfgrass Research Foundation (OTRF)
Quebec Turfgrass Research Foundation (QTRF),
Atlantic Turfgrass Research Foundation (AtlanticTRF)
With a single submission, researchers have the opportunity to have their proposal considered for funding by all groups and funded either separately or collaboratively. A national wide grant application eliminates application duplication while giving regional researchers more national exposure. The OTRF will be accepting proposals for 2016 Canadian turfgrass research grants on behalf of itself, CTRF, ATRF, AtlanticTRF, QTRF and the WCTA.
You are invited to submit your application considering turfgrass research priorities listed on the instruction page of the Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research Application Form
and submit it by November 15 2014 to the OTRF office.
Funding decisions will be announced March 1 2015.
Please forward this request for proposals on to prospective applicants.
